SAPS Legal makes up to four attempts at the address provided, varying the time of day and day of week. If the subject actively avoids service, skip tracing can be used to locate a current address. Under Alabama Rule 4.3, if the subject's whereabouts remain unknown after diligent effort, your attorney can petition the court for service by publication — a legal notice published once a week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation.
